Ingredients:
- Pasta {type: RIGATONI}
- Garlic (2 cloves grated)
- Butter
- Cream (1/4 cup, optional, parmesan, mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 cup Milk (Soya Milk healthy option)
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano (or dried mix Italian herbs)
- Salt as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes (optional, adjust to taste)
- Herbs: Coriander leaves/Basil leaves/Oregano (whichever you have!)
- Mixed Vegetable (optional)

Instructions:
- Boil 4 cups of water.
- Add pasta and 1/4 teaspoon salt; boil until soft. (mine takes about 9 mins)
- Put about 1/4 cup pasta-cooked stock aside.
- Drain the pasta, cover and keep aside.

- Pour half tbsp butter into a pan. Add veggies and sauté them on medium-high heat until slightly tender yet crunchy.
Make White Sauce
- Melt 2 tbsp butter, add minced garlic and fry for 30–40 seconds on medium heat.

- Stir in all-purpose flour. Sauté well until the flour loses the raw smell (don’t brown the flour).
- Turn off the heat, slowly pour 1/2 cup milk while stirring.
- Turn on the heat and cook on medium-low until the white sauce becomes thick. Pour the heavy cream or cheese and mix well.
- If it’s thick enough to coat the back of a spoon—congrats!!

- Add the vegetables and the cooked pasta; mix well.
- Add pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
Garnish it & serve warm!!!
